Help with HDTV WONDER

I want to get a video tuner card and my mom wants me to put all of her VHS on DVD's. I know this card will allow me to hook up cable and the HDTV antenna and let me reocrd them but will it let me hook up a VCR and record the VHS onto my pc to be burned? Thank you.

Yes it has SVideo and component inputs.
