There are too many variables to mention with out more specific details about your ram , temps , voltages ,power supply .
First make sure 3.2 is stable using prime95 3dmark2005 and take your time.
prime for 6 hours and watch those temps.
Your ram may give you some trouble if its value select.
Try dividers.
You shouldn’t need more voltage on the vcore yet and never increase them drastically. Cheaper ram needs a little voltage increase to stabilize.
Sometimes you have to play with fsb frequency and skip a few increments. Not always but odd numbers may conflict.
16,32,64,128 are recognizable values.
Bios gets a brain fart. You can always try the small increments and skip a few to the next greater number (not too much).
Remember no two systems oc the same .Stability is your goal.

if you have pc 400 set it to pc333
that way if the fsb and mem increase at the same rate you wont be overclocking the ram that is not made for higher values

it looks like this board is limited to clock ratio of 1:1 in conjuntion with your fsb.
you need a little better quality ram at faster rated speeds
the ram is holding you back but I am not familier with that board.
can you manually lower the ram clock values.
:?:
edit
try setting ratio to 2:3 for ram as if the fsb was 533
you should be able to type dec # manually lowering ram below pc 4200 speeds

ok now ill tell u everything about my ram, right now its running at 286mhz
the FSB:DRAM = 3:4, you want me to go inot my bios and change these?, Cas #latency, RAS# to CAS# delay, RAS# precharge, and CYcle time (tras)
these are set to 4.0 clock, 4 clock, 4clock, 12 clock im guessing why its 3:4???

ok now even a bigger problem, I think my system didnt crash becasue i OC ed it too much its, I think there is a problem becasue my system original clock speed is 3.00 and overclocking function is disabled but its running at 3.2 and when i enable it my system turns off, turns on for a second, turns off then finally it boots up saying overclock failed.
I getting worried help would be appreciated

remove the jumper usually next to the cmos battery 1.2 position and set it to the next position 2-3
for ten seconds then place the jumper back to original position 1.2
reboot save defaults then see if alls well in windows before changing anything.
find your mobo manual or hit the web sits and download.
overclocking is always risky so if you cant afford to replace parts .
consider safe speeds .
if you must overclock.
get a board that has better support for such.
and dont skimp on ram
