Hi I am Frank and I need help. I need to find a VGA driver that is comptiibale for windows 7. The devvice in question is: Video Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2562&SUBSYS_90161509&REV_03\3&13C0B0C5&0&10 The drivers for this device are not installed.

No clue from that what it is. Is the computer a laptop or desktop? If its a desktop, have you upgraded the video? If not, if you give us the model number of the computer we can look it up. Or you can run GPUz and tell us what it says.

    the hardware is not incompatible with Windows7; therefore, Intel did not write any drivers.

    for about 30-40 dollars you can get a video card for a desktop

    There's no Vista/Win7 drivers for an 845 chipset? I find that a little hard to believe. It much use some built in/windows standard ones. I'll bet he wants to play a game that isn't compatible with the 845G.

    Right-click on 'Computer' -> 'Properties' -> 'Device Manager'

    Expand 'Display Adapters'

    Right-click on the graphics card / listed item -> 'Update Driver Software...'

    Select the option for the computer to search automatically.

    I think Window's generic drivers run the chipset except for the build in video
