No clue from that what it is. Is the computer a laptop or desktop? If its a desktop, have you upgraded the video? If not, if you give us the model number of the computer we can look it up. Or you can run GPUz and tell us what it says.

this chipset is so old Intel did not even make Vista drivers and they will not make any Windows 7 drivers either. The hardware is not compatible with Windows7.
the hardware is not incompatible with Windows7; therefore, Intel did not write any drivers.
for about 30-40 dollars you can get a video card for a desktop
What is it Emerald? I'm to lazy to look up something if the OP is to lazy to download GPUz.
it is a Intel 82845G
There's no Vista/Win7 drivers for an 845 chipset? I find that a little hard to believe. It much use some built in/windows standard ones. I'll bet he wants to play a game that isn't compatible with the 845G.
Right-click on 'Computer' -> 'Properties' -> 'Device Manager'
Expand 'Display Adapters'
Right-click on the graphics card / listed item -> 'Update Driver Software...'
Select the option for the computer to search automatically.
What happens when you do this?
I think Window's generic drivers run the chipset except for the build in video
