Dell Insipiron 3800

I have a dell insipiron 3800 currently out of warranty.. I realized the fan at the back for the laptop is not turning any more.. Is there anyway that I can replace that little fan myself. can anyone give me some instructions or websites that talk about how to open up the laptop youself and replace the fan? thx all for helping

The fan on my Inspiron 3800 is spent too, havent got around to fixing it yet. Ive see these little fans at pricewatch.com, I'll get around to it later. This links is great for taking your inspiron apart!
