Full driver i want

how r u.
i install the window 7. and printer driver r not successful. i have 4300hp office jeskjet. only printer driver install bull i have 3 in one device

According to that the driver will allow you to scan/fax, etc..., have you tried those functions from Windows? It will not have HP utilities for those functions, you need to go through Windows to do it.
