I'm new to this whole BIOS flashing business, and i'm not quite sure how to do it. I have downloaded the BIOS that i want but there were many other files on that page for the in-built audio etc. So i have 2 questions:

1. How do i flash my BIOS with the new one?

2. When i flash my BIOS will i need to install all the drivers for the inbuilt audio etc?

Any help would be much appreciated.

IT is an MSI 845 series, don't know the exact model number but i know which bios i need. The reason for this BIOS flash is that it is an emachines comp, so the overclocking capabilities have been taken out of the mobo, and i want them back!

Be careful, you might have an OEM board which may not have the same functionality as a retail MSI board. I had an older MSI board that I bought really cheap at justdeals.com and I couldn't find a BOIS for it for the longest time because it was an OEM version of a retail board. I'm not saying that the one you have is an OEM board, but it's an eMachines box so... Just be careful, bro.
