Can anyone give me advice on overclocking my proc *in the subject*. I haven't even attempted to overclock it, and would like some advice before attempting it.

Current Stats:
VCore - 1.36
DDRV - 2.64
+3.3 - 3.28

Cpu - 30.5 C'
Sys - 33.0 C'

That's a link to the motherboard I have.

Also have 2gb of Corsair XMS, if anyone can give me some advice to OC that as well.

Yes, I'm a newb, I've never overclocked anything before *never really felt the urge*. I have 44 sec on my pi score, wanna see how high I can get it. I'm running air cooling, and it's running pretty cool from what I'm seeing, so I should be safe there.

what core is ur 3800+?

people can get them running at 2.8 with an artcic freezer pro.
(1.525v to vcore and a fsb of 295)

just make sure uve got good cooling if your going to pump up the voltage. 2.5 is not a bad target to aim for.
just take it bit by bit steppping up the voltages when your machine becomes unstable when under full load you get vdroop or it hangs underload.
