A8R32-MVP and Opteron 165/170 overclock

On the Asus A8R32-MVP, with an opteron 165 or 170, equiped with a Zalman CNPS9500 LED, how easy is it to overclock and what is a realistic (SAFE!) overclock to acheive?

Also, can anyone provide a guide to overclocking on such a setup?

I have one with an Opty 175.
I run 11x 240MHz stable for 2.64GHz at 1.475volts and that is using 4 sticks of Corsair DDR at timings of 2.5-3-3-8-3-2T at 2.8volts.

So if i go with an Opty, will the 165 be the best value for money if I plan on overclocking?

The 165 would be the best value with 2.6 to 2.8GHz being probable limit, the 170 would be the most bang for the buck giving you better odds of reaching 2.8 to 3.0GHz, based on other peoples reported successes and failures.
