0mfg fps low with new card

I had 5500 256mb and i got avg of 35 fps on cs:s
with my nice new en6800 256mb frome nvidi4 i get avg of 15

specs:
amd athalon 64 3000+
ram 1024mb=1gb ddr all pc3200 to sticks of 512 corshair awsome ram
harddrive 40 7200rpm
abit kn8-sli motherboard 2 PCIe x16 3pci 2 PCIe x1
5oo wat power suply
case lian-li
crdrw/dvdr
all around a decint computer
www.srtest.com says my computer should be able to run every game perfictly


I'v tryed it in both of my PCIe slots it dident madder
same thingt i think its my card
I have all the latest drivers
I chect temputer it wasent a problem
I do not over clock
Iv tryed every thing

um... did u mean geforce4 or nforce4? coz nvidia4 can mean a lot of things...

en6800.... if im right that's a 8-pipe card right? dunno why.
