I'm using an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro w/128 MB RAM, and I'm quite happy
with it. I just found one at newegg.com for $136 USD:

I agree. For around US$100 that's what I'd do also. The 9800 Pro is
still the best-bang-ffor-the-buck in any video card for MSFS. And there is
no performance difference between the 128MB and 256MB versions.

Any suggestions from NVIDIA Mr. Steve? Within my budget of $100 New or
used.

I purchased a new ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (128mb) for £75 from a store in
Belfast, Northern Ireland and it works great with all my games and runs well
with FS2004. I get 20-50fps with all settings at max alongside a Athlon64
3000 processor.
