Windows 7 ATI radeon driver

Keeps installing old, non windows 7 driver, no matter how many times I uninstall automatically and manually.
Trying to get my Radeon HD4670 up and running
System does work, but very slow in some areas and windows experience index refuses to run.

uninstall the driver and also uninstall the ati install manager and the ccc control center.delete any old driver packages that u have downloaded.reboot then install!

when uninstaling the old driver from the device manager,say yet to uninstall software!

after reboot uninstall the driver that it puts in place and then install new ones right away
