Does the Zalman CNPS9500-LE fit fine on an Opteron on a DFI LanParty NF4 SLI-DR Expert with Zalman CNPS9500-LE? I've read there are clearance issues ivolving the RAM, and that larger CPU coolers can get in the way.

If you arrange it so that it exhausts out the back, then you shouldnt have any problems with this cooler.
