wat best for 754?

wat is the best overclocking mobo for 754? other than the DFI LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb?since that board isnt available in my country here. i've been considering MSI nforce3 offering K8N Neo which seems very promising. does K8N Neo perform well in overclocking and provide pci/agp lock as well? or should i get nvidia6100 base mother board which gv me PCIE as well as integrated video, but i dont know how well nvidia 6100/6150 chipset overclock.got any articles about it?

**the reason i choose amd 754 platform coz it can overclock on par with the 939 base platform, and cost alot cheaper than 939 equavailent.

Wait a couple days; the prices of the 939s should go down once the AM2s come out. Stay away from s754.
