Ok, here is my setup:

ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe MOBO
1 x WD Raptor Western Raptor WD360GD 36.7GB 10,000 RPM 8MB Cache Serial ATA150 Hard Drive
1 x WD Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

Is there any issues mixing the 2 SATA speeds? Anything special I should do with the setup?

Thanks

shouldn't be any problems at all... whichever sata port you plug the raptor drive into will just run at the slower bus speed.
