Exactly.

Whats the best processor made for a socket A mainboard?

One not impossible to find.

Factoring in overclocking (not using H2O).

I feel like recouping some cash with extra parts and replacing my Barton 3200+ Super-Locked.

Athlon XP 2800-MP??

Those are rare but still looking....

Any better suggestion or agreement?

Is that the 3200+ Mobile that I see on thier site still?

How is that OCing for you?

I wonder if it's worth the it.

If I sell my nearly new Barton 3000+ (desktop edition) for about 65.00 that'll make up the cost but.... I don't know what versions to look for yet ..what FAB I mean.

Stoppard,

I'm told the CPU on that combo is not XP-M 2800+ @2.13 GHZ. The processor will register as 1.6 GHz....

What's up with that I wonder.

edit: that was a mislabeled deal at Newegg - my bad.

but 133only FSB? Would it matter when overclocking??? don't laugh at me! (hehe)
