I never used a ppc before. I'm planning to buy a viewsonic V37 since it's
cheap at ebay. Could anyone know this model give me some idea about the good
and bad of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Palm Tungsten T3 Sync to Windows 7

I think you need to check Palm's website for syncing software compatible with Windows 7 and your T3. If you can't find anything for 7, try using one made for Vista.
