I am moving my HDD to another computer, all my old hardware will be replaced. Will the devices stay installed inside the HDD or are they replaced?

Hardware that are being replaced includes:
USBs
Graphics Card
Processor
DVD-ROM Drive
Network Adapters

You'll have to install new drivers for the new graphics card and possible the new network adapter. Also the usbs if your using a new webcam or something like that.

cpu and dvd drivers come with the os and dont get updated

My question is, will the old hardware get deleted or will they stay there?

it'll stay there.

you can use sysinternals autoruns to get rid of old drivers, but do so with caution

besides, the drivers won't be in use at all so it doesn't really matter. (your start-up time might be ~5 sec slower)
