DFI Ultra-D settings

I can't get a good OC out of this guy with a OCZ 520watt psu and opteron 185. It's it really picky about the memory? I have PQI in this board. I can't seem to get much out of the board before the board itself crashes. Could someone toss me what FSB they are running at as well as voltage settings.

It's probably your RAM.

If you OC the CPU and lock the RAM at the best it can do ( say 400 ) you may have better results.

Well i've done that. However I believe my FSB won't go over 260 stable which is odd because I"ve heard of other running just fine at 295

Not all CPUs OC the same and the 185 is clocked rather high as it is and does not usually OC as well as a 165 might.
