Actually it's not for me but my cousin, he need's the best gpu he can buy for no more than 85 dollars, nothing more and no waiting, he has pci-express and doesn't whant used cards. The store his buying from has a wide selection of old cards so include any if there good.
P.S. He want's pure speed(if any is possible ) and right now hes using lame integrated grafics :x . And there is one card he can't find right now and can't wait for: the nvidia 7300 series. Apart that any advice?

You said that "He want's pure speed(if any is possible )" but you didn't say for what reason he want speed :!: . If he want the new gpu for games then its better to tell us all his pc specs so we can see if he will be able to play new games well..
Here are his specs:
cpu:xp 2800+
ram:512*2
mb:???-he doesn't know hd:80 gb 7200 rpm
gpu: :x integraded and of unknown origin
My cousin only has those 85 bucks in his hands and he ain't going to rob a bank any time soon, he recently fried several parts used this setup until his parents agreed to give him this much, he needs the card now and neither the x800 nor 6600 series are cheap enough i just need to find something one step under those but have no knoledge of such cards.
And the reason is of course gaming, poor boy found out he can only play civilization on his pc :x :x :x
well, the only thing i would imagine that would be needed to upgrade besides the onboard video would be ram if he has less than 1gb. the fact that he has pci-e, means that he cant have anything slower than a sempron/celeron d, so it should handle new games fine. i also recommend the 7600gs, the memory and the core should be very overclockable, but get a card with a fan.
edit: whoah leo vader, he DOES NOT have pci-e. forget all said above, you have to be careful with that. does he at least have an agp port?
I have a p4 2.0GHz with asus 9600xt/td and 512mb ddr333 and i can play new games only at low resolutions (mostly 1024x768) and most of the settings at low. If he buy a good gpu like 6600GT or X800 he will be able to play new games but only at low resolutions and medium or low settings..
