What is the folder "system soap pro" and if I shouldn't
have it, how do I delete it? It seems to block access

System Soap Pro is a utility similar to XP's Disk
Cleanup. Someone must have installed it onto your
computer. I've never heard of it until today so I
couldn't say much more about it. If you don't want it on
your system then remove it from Add/Remove Programs in
Control Panel.
