hp ink cartridge 45 not working with hp psc 750

i just bought 2 new hp 45 ink cartridges and when ever i install one the screen on the printer says incorrect black cartridge, and right after jams. any body know why the printer isn't letting the cartridge work

HP has a chip in their cartridges. It will lock out a cart if a year past exp date. Check your date and make sure they havn't expired.
The printer also remembers the last 2 cart. So if you refilling them, You need to rotate 3 cart to get by it's ???????????? Of course HP does this to sell more ink.
