Russia Scenery

I loaded some of the free 70m mesh into southern Russia and did some
comparisons. In the flatlands the changes aren't too much but in the
mountains it is quite different. A picture taken with the default mesh
was nothing special but when I loaded the same flight after adding the
70m mesh, my aircraft was 100 feet under ground.

BTW, the fire bomber is with the default mesh and the duster is with
the 70m mesh.
