Conroe Question.

I was wondering if this board supports Conroe. I was trying to look it up but I couldnt seem to find out.

It needs to be a 975XBX revision 304. Anything less than that will not work.

It is unlikely that 975XBX motherboards will be available before Conroe is available for sale.

If Core Duo is any guage on how Intel will price Conroe CPUs, look for the system to cost about the same as an Pentium D 9XX build would today.

I'm guessing that motherboards using the i965 chipset will be around $100.

Since current i975X mobos are selling for above $200, the i975XBX should be around $200 as well.

What features are different? I don't know. i965 will probably only have 1 PCI-e x16 card slot.
