ok, i went through and looked for old posts reguarding the best 19" moniters for gaming, or just overall, but most of them were too pricey for me.
I would like some opinions on what you guys feel are the best 19" moniters for 200-300 dollars. I know that low of a price is pushing it, but i'm hoping there's something out there for me.

if your limit is 300 then i'd go with the viewsonic 19". g90f for shadow mask or pf790 for grille.

repeat after me, we are all individuals!

I would NOT suggest the 955DF, it's a sub par monitor by Samsung standards (950P is better). I would suggest an Hitachi 721F which has better geometry and higher refresh rates than the 955DF, not to mention the color is more vibrant. Don't get me wrong, Samsung monitors are great for the money but I was disappointed in the 955DF. I think the NF series is a better choice than the DF. Granted you said you only wanted to spend $200-$300, there are very few 19" that are worth buying. Hell I'd rather have a quality picture on a 17" than a blurry washed out one on a 19". I think the Hitachi is one of the very few monitors that has a sub $300 price and still has a quality picture.

NEC 950+ but will be a little out of your price range if you include shipping.
