I recently tried to log on microsoft.com and get redirected to a Hebrew site.
How do I stop this I just want to go to the English site . English is listed
as my primary language

Open in the "Control Panel" "Regional and Language
Options". Under the "Regional Options", choose
the "Location" (at the buttom) "United States" and the
site should open in english.

You may have a "browser helper" or other bit of malware that is hijacking
your browser and redirecting you. Follow the suggestions about Adaware,
etc.
