I want to acquire a scanner in the range $80-$100, but i just can't decide which one should i get. i have seen a few ones, but i don“t have any special preferences - they all look fine in the store...
Can anyone help me on this?

The best thing for you to do would be to read, read, and read more reviews on the Internet. CNET has a multitude of them through which you can read. I have the Acer 640U - not a present-generation scanner, but it was good for the price.
