I am wondering what's the exact path for wireless.(I mean the .exe file
if there is one).
What I am trying to do is to use PHM Tray Launch to set a shortcut which
I click on it, I can go to the wireless setting(where i can click to
turn on/off both wireless and BT). But all I can find is the shortcut
file of it(Wireless.ink)

Thanks in advance!

The ipaq wireless shortcut, the green square with the blue waves, points to
ipaq wireless.exe in the Windows folder.
