sup guys,

i use my computer for mostly games and CAD with some office works.
i found out that gelato 2.0 was released; it has free version.
does anyone familiar with this program?

according to nvidia,
"Gelato is a software program that leverages the NVIDIA GPU as a floating point math processor. This allows Gelato to render images faster than comparable renderers, but without the quality limitations traditionally associated with real-time graphics processing on the GPU."

this... means... it calculates better....
anyone got some experience with this program??
will it also benefit the game use??
does this makes faster CAD calculation??

Gelato is primarily for 3D. Like Maya and 3DSmax.

Give it a try it's free, but it's far from popular, and the 'faster' claim is like everything that's proprietary "we're #1".

When the launched SLi physics it was all about the 5-10X faster claim, but it was slower than competing solutions, just faster than previous solutions.
