I have a new build based on a DFI Lanparty SLI-DR. I can get the power lights on OK on the standby LED but the system will not boot. I have checked the power cables - ATX, +12V and additional molex are all connected fine. I have also reseated the RAM and CPU. The system appears to be in standby but even using the on-board power and reset buttons the system will not start.

I have come to the conclusion that it is a faulty CPU or mobo but I cannot tell which and I do not have another Socket 939 mobo available to test.

Any suggestions?
