Hi

At first sorry for my English, it can be bad:)

So from about a week i have a problem because my computer resets and hangs. It was overclocked to 3,2Ghz so i took it to stock 2,8ghz. It didn't help. Next step was to unplug all additional fans in my case. It also didn't give a result- system hanged and reseted.
I checked voltages- the 12v and 5v are ok, but the 3,3v can go down even to 2,56v. The Vcore is about 1,55-1,6v.
What should i do? The PSU is quite new so i don't think it is the cause of problem.
HELP!:)

My system config is:
P4 2,8ghz northwood+silent cat+ TT pipe 101
Asus P4c800 Deluxe + beta bios 1021 005
1GB of Kingston ram
HDDs: 160GB Samsung HD160JJ and Maxtor 6Y080M0
PSU: Aerocool 450W( it has about half of year)
graphics: Radeon x850xt PE
