Essendon (YMEN) Scenery Problems

G'day all....

I've created my own AFCAD for YMEN using AFCAD 2.1 and scenery using
FSSC.
Both derived from satellite photo's of the airfield.

Problem though is that when I use the new FSSC scenery, the runways and
taxiways dissapear. There are no exclusions in the scenery but somehow
everything other than the terminal, hangaars, and other buildings just
cease to exist.

Anyone have any idea what I've done?
