Windows 7 64 bit with Photoshop Elements 6 and Office 2007

Hello,
I'm running Windows 64 bit with Office 2007 and Photoshop Elements 6. When I click on ? for help, I get just programming. They both worked perfectly on Windows XP. Can I fix this problem some way?

Office 2007 should run fine i use it but elements 6 won't run on windows 7 64 bit but it will run on windows 7 32 bit!look at link below!
