i just wonder how set HTT/Ram ratio ? do i set in BIOS or using sort of software

i supposed you're asking about 754 or 939 platform as long as you mentioned HTT. while increasing your FSB, choose a ram divider witch allows you to keep ram frequency as close to default freq. [ex:200Mhz for DDR400] as you can. then choose a HTT value using: HTT*FSB<=BUS[800 for sk754 and 1000 for sk939]. ex: for 939 platform and FSB=250 => 250[FSB] X 4[HTT] = 1000[BUS]. it's important to keep your FSB X HTT lower than the BUS.
