AN8-Sli Problems

ok so i just had to reset the cmos cus it wouldnt boot, now the internet is not working saying that there is limited or no connection, i tried to reconfigure it so it would work but it wont, i then unistalled then reinstalled the drivers to see if that helped but nothing, i have tried hooking it up to my friends router down the street and still nothing, i have even tried pci ethernet cards and poci wireless cards and still nothing. uhh this is seeming to become the biggest pain in the ass ever, please help me with this problem. right now im on another computer and the internet works just fin, uhhhh.

Check that the LAN adapter is enabled in the BIOS & has a MAC assigned.
Do you have the nVidia Network access manager installed?

How do you connect to the internet?
Try rebooting your modem.
