Motherboard CPU Compatibility

Simple question,
Is this motherboard compatible with this processor. Thanks.

It should work fine. Both are for 939 sockets. The CPU is a bit on the old and slow side, so you might want something a bit faster. But if that's all you can afford, then I see no problem with compatability.
