Me again,

Hope I'm not becoming a nuisance. I've purchased an ASUS P5LD2 mobo with DDR2 400/533/667MHz ram slots. Ok...I'm not much into gaming but have decided I should probably get 2gigs of ram 'just in case.' I know to buy matching 1gig sticks and that's about it. I don't plan on overclocking or becoming a heavy gamer but would like to play occasionally. Oh, if it matters, I also have a Pentium D 930 chip that goes with it. Also, I'm probably going to get the XFX nVidia 7600GS GPU. Oh well, I've also bought the Antec True Control 550w PSU. OK...any help/ideas would sure be appreciated.
Thanks

Ross

OCZ is a high preformance RAM it does not come that cheap. OCZ is probably up there with Crosair, G. skil etc.

Just get kingston DDR2 667 "value ram" you can buy them in kits of (2x1Gb). Kingston is known to be reliable, it would be a cut above generic crap like elixar. If you dont need ot OC kingsont value ram it will surfice. Save the money and buy yourself some games.
