I need HD Audio QFE (KB835221-20040818) please

I have problem installing my sound card, aso follow are the instructions, but int instruction # mention "HD Audio QFE (KB835221-20040818) should be installed in advance or installation will fail." where can i get this from, could anybody help me please.

1. Download the AUD-0601SZ11-ENG.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).

NOTE: HD Audio QFE (KB835221-20040818) should be installed in advance or installation will fail.

2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the AUD-0601SZ11-ENG.EXE file to begin the installation.

3. Follow the installation wizard appearing.

4. At the License Agreement dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click I Agree to continue with the installation.
Note: Several setup boxes may briefly appear during the installation. Follow the installation wizard that appears.

5. When the installation is completed, please restart the computer.
