The best and safe way to overclock the Nvidia 7900 GTX?

Hey guys what is the best way to overclock the GPU without hurting it. I've seen software you download to use to overclock but I want to know what is the best way? Any help will be most thankful. I'm having problems finding information on the 7900 GTX. This may be a noob question but I want to know the right way!!!! :lol:

That program works out good but I don't understand the memory clock. It only goes up to 1200 and my card says it runs at 1600 stock?
