Good psu!! please help!!

hello over there!!!

i´m having some issues with my Antler 400W psu. When you first turn on the computer, it lasts at least 30 seconds to make the first bip post. Sometimes, my mobo does not detect the secondary slave channel.

my rig is this:

Gigabyte K8NS sckt 754 agp
Sempron 3100 @ 2670 (296x9) +5% vcore.
geil value ram 512mb 2.8v 2.5,3,3,7 1T @ 444mhz
two lg rewritables 4167B
Udma seagate 160 GB
leadtek 6800 GT apg @ 415/1140
sound blaster audigy SE

the thing is that i want to change my psu, but where i bought the other one, they only have these ones:

420W XILENCE
450W AEROCOOL TURBIN POWER
450W LEVICOM NEGRA TRANSP.
450W LEVICOM NEGRA TRANSP.
500W M.OKE SILENCE
550W AEROCOOL TURBIN POWER
550W LEVICOM

which would be the most suitable for me?? is levicom a good branded psu manufacturer??what about Mr.Oke and aerocool?

first off, never buy a PSU with the word "Ok" in it. means it sucks 2nd Mr. Oke. wtf kind of shitty ass name is that.

3nd levicon - never heard of it

4th aerocool makes sub-par stuff, get the 450w aerocool

sorry, one of the levicom 450W is the one with cable system.
and the other one levicom 450W is the black transparent version

I strongly recommend:

Antec, PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic, Silverstone, OCZ.

FSP Group / Fortron Source is usually pretty good too.

The OP must be somewhere in Europe and can spend about €100 or $128.1849 - 17% VAT or something like that, so I think that limits the selection of PSUs that would be under the budget.

That sucks!

You mentioned the AeroCool Turbine Power, those look pretty decent - the 450w should be good enough and a much improvement over your "deer" 400w generic brand. Should be much quieter too...
