They are brand new, factory sealed.

Not to be rude, but I own that game. It sucks. It's one of those games that you can't sit down and play for fun. You have to be prepared to devote an hour of two a day on to get the unlocks etc... As if there weren't enough distractions in life.

I wish I could get a refund on mine.
