Help with OC memory choice

I am baffled as to what speed of memory I should look at for a system that is going to use a 900d series intel with an attempted overclock towards 4 ghz.

What brand and model motherboard are you using right now? What is the current speed of the ram you have on that board?

I am not set on a motherboard yet, nor do I have ram bought yet. I'm needing advice on the general speed of the ram I should look for to do a near 4ghz over clock on a 9xx series intel.
