I AM NOT A GAMER,BUT I SEE GAME VERY LITTLE,I WATCH VIDEO, PHOTO AND ADIRING TOO,IWANT CHANGES ON MY PAVILLION THE INTEGRATED VIDEO CARD ATI RADEON 4200 HD FOR AMD 6450 HD AND UP MY POWER SUPPLY 250 TO 350 WATT IS POSSIBLE THANKS
The Foxconn Alvorix motherboard in the HP Pavilion p6710f has a single PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot so it will handle the AMD Radeon HD 6450 with no problems.
The HP Pavilion p6710f's chassis is a standard ATX form factor design so an ATX form factor power supply unit will fit.
AMD recommends a minimum of a 400 Watt or greater system power supply for the Radeon HD 6450. I would also recommend that the power supply have a minimum +12 Volt DC continuous output current rating of 22 Amps on the combined +12 Volt rails.
