New Computer?

Hello Everyone, I am planning on purchasing a new desktop computer this summer and I'm a little new to the whole rebuilding/buying process. This is what I'd like to get:

its a bare bones kit, That means its just the main essential parts of a computer, Correct? I plan on taking the graphics card out of the computer I have now and put into that bare bones kit and all the wires/cords and fans and what not. Is there anything else I need to take into consideration? Besides an OS.
I plan to get myself a copy of Windows 7. But I'm not exactly sure what I need. I was thinking Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
But all I mainly do is surf the web, sites like you tube, face book etc. and game, Crysis, Crysis 2, Half-Life, other Valve games and Steam games.
What type of Windows 7 would I want? Professional? Ultimate? 32 or 64 bit?
I'm a little new and confused about the whole thing so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks so much!

windows 7 pro 64 bit is great, but home premium 64 bit is fine for what you do!
THERMAL paste for cpu installation

CD/DVD DRIVE is needed!

Buy a retail dvd burner so that you get the sata cable with it!

Upgrade the ram eventually to 8 gb,!

64 BIT IS A MUST for the future , stay away from 32bit!

Its a cheaper price but the specs look like itll be better for gaming, what do you think?

Why is that? This one is quad core and a better motherboard i'd say, the first one is only dual core, the second one comes with less but thats fine

May I ask, when shopping for graphics cards, can I use any DDR? like i see DDR/1/2/3/4/5 and so, what would I want for that bare bones kit?

the better the card the better the power supply you need with the right piwer connections!
