Not with a 14 year old! You might want to not take a look at the stickies in the 'other'. With the greatest of respect this is probably not the place for a young woman to be hanging out. We are a bunch of depraved middle aged men who come down here to let rip and beat up anybody that wishes to join our little crew. I know it's not big or clever, but hey it's who we are and it keeps us out of the HW section and out of more trouble.

I'd also suggest that publicly listing your contact details on a site such as Toms is perhaps not the best idea. I don't want to discourage you from your interest in technology but given the demographics of this site a little caution could serve you well.

I'd not have any issue with amdfangirl sticking around if she wanted. She strikes me as quite a clued up young woman but I did feel it was only right to let her know the score about this place. If people think I was over protective then I'd far rather have that as a rep than the other side of the coin. As for my nephew being arroung I guess as much as anything that I'd worry he'd just rip the crap out of me when I saw him in person.
