For some reason for about 7 months my computer has been making a "loud-Squeaching" noise near the CPU and were the USB/PS2 connections are, i have been posting Tech support at G4Tech Tv but i couldent get a reasonable answer...

Sofar iv'e pin pointed the noise near the Compasiender "no sure how to spell it".

Iv'e looked at it and theres no poped-tops...

all its doing is making that noise, and on top of that im getting poor performance in Games :IE Counter-strike source...

You mean capicitors? I don't think that would cause any noises although it may effect your voltages. Are you sure it's not a squeaky CPU fan or something. What's your CPU temp? If the fan isn't working efficiently, your CPU may be throttling due to heat.
