I understand that with Windows 2000 as my op sys, I can install additional video cards. My question is, would that merely create duplicate screens with identical displays or would it simulate the split screen like the dual head video cards?

It would utilise the memory of both for gfx. Much better to use just the one card though. Do a bit of research, cause I seem to remember there is a definite rule on which one to set as the primary (can't remember).
