Sound does not play to all speakers.

I just bought the new Chaintech 710 sound card and I can't get sound to play to all speakers. Sound only plays through the 2 front speakers. I have the Logitech X-530 speakers.

Never mind I found it. I had to enable 5.1 sound. Anyone know how come treble and bass are grayed out?

I've never seen that particular console before (Advanced Controls for Subwoofer, or the "Magic" 5.1 thingy) but I assume that's because whatever that program is for, it's not natively compatible with your Chaintech AV-710.

I would go to viaarena.com and download the latest drivers and control panel.

Besides, treble and bass controls force the loudspeaker to play unnaturally and adds significant distortion. It might sound more distinct for a few seconds, but shortly afterwards, I gurrantee you the boosted odd-order harmonic distortion and THD is gonna give you listener fatigue.
