Two Choices, which will be faster?

I am working on picking out some memory for a new system I am building. I am currently looking at two choices, but am open to suggestions. I am leaning toward the OCZ sticks, but want to get a second opinion.

System Info
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+
ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe
2 x WD740GD RAID 0
ASUS EN7900GT TOP

MEMORY OPTIONS (2 GB)
Option 1:
OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 2x1024MB Dual Channel Platinum XTC (OCZP4002GK)
CL 2-3-2-5 1T (2 x 1024MB)

Option 2:
2 x GeIL Ultra-X nForce4 Edition PC3200 400MHz (GLXNF1GB3200DC)
CL 2-2-2-5 2T (4 x 512MB)

Reasons I am Leaning Toward the OCZ:[*:57950accba]Two sticks of memory should run at 1T, while I have never heard of four sticks running at anything other than 2T on AMD-based systems.
[*:57950accba]2-3-2-5 is awfully close to 2-2-2-5... I would probably gain more performance using 1T vs. 2T then I would lose using slightly slower timings.
[*:57950accba]Two memory slots would remain open in the event I ever need to move up to 4GB in the future.

Splendid
Definately use two 1 gig sticks instead of four 512 mg sticks. Since you say you're open to suggestions, you might consider two sticks of Corsair XMS CMX3200C2PT (CL2-3-2-6). Compare prices to see which gives the most for the money.
