If you have a Retail copy of the Windows disk I believe it comes with both versions. If it's an OEM disk, you'll have to buy another copy with the 64bit version.

You can not upgrade from any 32-bit version of Windows to a 64-bit version. You must perform a clean (custom) install of the 64-bit version. Good luck!
