New Conroe System

I am planning on doing a late summer build after conroe comes out

Here are the specs

Conroe 6600 cpu
Conroe mobo (will wait to see which come out)
OZC platinum ddr-2 800 memory
Thermaltake Toughpower 600, 650 or 700?
Powercolor x1900xt
Creative Audigy 2 ZS sound card
Zalman CNPS9500 LED cpu heatsink/fan

My question is which company makes the best x1900xt (oc potential and price)

Any other things you think I should alter, let me know.

If HIS makes an IceQ2 or IceQ3, get one of those. If not, a Sapphire Toxic. It's a Thermaltake self-contained water cooling system. Both should allow you the pleasure of not listening to the vaccuum cleaneresque that is the reference ATI cooler.
